Tequila 512 Blanco

2 oz.

Fresh Lime Juice

1.0 oz.

Agave Nectar

0.5 oz.

In a shaker tin add Tequila 512, fresh lime juice and agave nectar. Fill shaker with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Double strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Pro tip: For a different take, substitute Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup for the agave nectar.


512 Paloma


Tequila 512 Reposado

2.0 oz.

Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 oz.

Pinch of Good Salt

i.e. Himalayan pink sea salt

Fill glass w/ Grapefruit Soda

We like Jarritos

Add Tequila 512, lime juice and salt into a highball glass. Fill with ice. Top off with grapefruit soda and give the drink a quick stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pro tip: Add 0.5 oz. of Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup to kick up the spice in your Paloma.

Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 oz.

Fill glass with your favorite ginger beer

Add Tequila 512 and lime juice into a copper mug. Top with ice and fill with ginger beer. Give it a quick stir and garnish with a lime wheel.

Pro Tips: Add mango juice (trust us). Or add 0.5 oz. Crème de Cassis to make it an El Diablo

Cranberry Juice

2.0 oz.

Add Tequila 512 Reposado, Crème de Cassis and lime juice into a collins glass. Fill the glass with ice and add cranberry juice. Give the glass a quick stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

St. Germain

0.75 oz.

Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 oz.

Add agave nectar, jalapeños and cucumbers into a shaker tin. Muddle gently. Add Tequila 512, St. Germain and lime juice. Fill the tin with ice and shake hard for 15–20 seconds. Double strain into a 6-oz. coupe. Garnish with a cucumber/jalapeño wheel and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
