Two slices

Add agave nectar, jalapeños and cucumbers into a shaker tin. Muddle gently. Add Tequila 512, St. Germain and lime juice. Fill the tin with ice and shake hard for 15–20 seconds. Double strain into a 6-oz. coupe. Garnish with a cucumber/jalapeño wheel and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
